By the decision of the general meeting of shareholders on March 28, 2017 the following decisions were made:

- approved the procedure for the distribution of the company's net profit for which 10% of net profit or 223,180, 10 rubles was allocated to pay dividends in 2016. The amount of dividends per share is set at 1.54 rubles. The actual payment for 2016 amounted to - 1.54 rubles.

- to pay dividends in 2017 to send 10% of net profit. The following periodicity of payment of dividends for 2017 - quarterly is established, payments are to be made from the 30th day of the month following the month of the end of the quarter within 10 calendar days.
